This Seems to be a Good Case for Changed Terms of Contract

By requiring military to take an untested, experimental drug or be fired, the US government may be in breach of contract. Yes, on one hand, if you're in the military, your body belongs to them.

But, this is a major change in the contract the soldier signs. If dosing soldiers with LSD is a violation, then, certainly, forcing the Clot Shot is one, as well.

Forcing military to pay back enlistment bonuses is punitive, and far exceeds the norms. This is a good place to draw the line in regulations - Congress should use their power to forbid the government to:

  • Force an untested, genetically modified shot on troops, or compel discharge
  • Deny benefits to those seeking a religious exemption
  • Force soldiers to pay back enlistment bonuses, should the government substantially change the circumstances of the military contract
The US Government has used, and is continuing to use, regulations that far exceed their Constitutional authority, for the purposes of imposing their Leftist administrative agenda. The administrative and bureaucratic portions of government need to be cut - severely - but, until then, Congress needs to hem in their ability to screw with the American citizenry.
